We started Pacific Unlocks because getting locked out of your car in Waikiki shouldn't mean waiting two hours for a mainland dispatch company that doesn't know the difference between Kalakaua and Kapahulu.

Common questions
How fast can you get to me?
In the core Waikiki and Honolulu area, we typically arrive in 20–40 minutes depending on traffic. We'll give you an honest ETA when you call.
How does tire air pricing work?
Tire air fills are $50 when added to another service call (we're already there for an unlock, jump, etc.) and $125 when dispatched solo — because sending a tech out just to fill tires still costs us a full trip.
How does mileage work?
The first 10 miles from our base are included free with any service. Beyond 10 miles, we add a small mileage fee: $2 per mile in normal conditions, or $5 per mile during heavy Honolulu traffic. We'll give you the exact number up front — no surprises when we arrive.
Do you charge extra late at night?
Yes. Between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM, service rates are doubled. A $125 unlock becomes $250 after hours. We still answer the phone and still come out — it just costs more to get someone on the road at 2 AM.
Will the unlock tool damage my car?
No. We use professional automotive lockout tools designed to be non-damaging on modern vehicles. If your car has a unique setup, we'll talk through it with you before starting.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and contactless tap. Payment is collected on-site when the job is done.
Do you service rental cars?
Yes. We help with most rental vehicles in the Waikiki hotel and airport zones. If your rental company requires a specific locksmith, let us know and we'll advise.
My battery keeps dying — should I just get a new one?
We include a quick battery health check with every jump start. If your battery is on its last legs, we'll tell you straight so you can plan a replacement before you get stranded again.
Do you bring the fuel itself, or do I have to pay separately?
The $150 fuel delivery rate includes 2 gallons of gasoline — enough to get you to the nearest station. Regular unleaded is standard; let us know if you need premium.
Do you go outside Waikiki and Honolulu?
Yes — we cover all of Oahu. North Shore, Windward, and West side calls are welcome. Mileage fees apply past the first 10 free miles. Call for a quick quote.
